LaunchGrid Apps ("we", "us") operates ReplayFlow. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

  • Email address (when you create an account or request Mac launch notification)
  • Recordings (only if you choose to upload/share via the cloud feature)
  • Usage analytics (anonymous: app version, OS version, feature usage — no personally identifiable information)
  • Crash reports (anonymous stack traces)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Email: account authentication and product updates you opt into
  • Recordings: to deliver the shareable links you create
  • Analytics: to improve the product

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Storage & Processors

  • Authentication & database: Supabase (hosted in EU/US)
  • File storage: Cloudflare R2 (global CDN)
  • Analytics: self-hosted or privacy-first provider (no Google Analytics)

5. Local Recordings

Recordings you do not upload stay entirely on your device. LaunchGrid Apps has no access to local recordings.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@replay-flow.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@replay-flow.com to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use only a single session cookie for authentication. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

9. Children

ReplayFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
