1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using ReplayFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ReplayFlow is a screen recording desktop application developed by LaunchGrid Apps, India. The App is available for Windows (macOS coming soon). Features include screen capture, click highlighting, keystroke overlays, live zoom, camera bubble, review/styling, and optional cloud sharing.

3. User Accounts

An account is required only for cloud sharing features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 13 or older to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ReplayFlow to record content you do not have permission to record, share illegal content, circumvent access controls, or violate any applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

  • Pro Plan: $14.99/year, billed annually via Dodo Payments.
  • Lifetime Plan: $34.99, one-time payment.
  • All prices in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.

6. Refund Policy

  • Annual Pro: Pro-rated refund available within 7 days of purchase.
  • Lifetime: No refunds. Contact support@replay-flow.com within 48 hours if there is a billing error.

7. Cloud Storage & Data

Cloud recordings are stored on Cloudflare R2. You retain ownership of your recordings. LaunchGrid Apps does not access your recordings except to deliver the service or comply with law.

8. Intellectual Property

The ReplayFlow software, logo, and branding are owned by LaunchGrid Apps. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the software.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." LaunchGrid Apps makes no warranties about uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

LaunchGrid Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
